Mr. Duhia is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, a Fellow Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice, a Registered Tax Consultant and an Accredited Arbitrator. He is also a fellow member of the Tanzania Association of Accountants, and a member of the Tanzania Institute of Directors and the Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators (TIArb). He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Tanzania International Arbitration Centre (TIAC). He is also a member of TIArb Governing Council. Mr. Duhia also serves as a member of the Public Sector Committee of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors, Tanzania (NBAA). He has been practicing as a tax consultant and external auditor for 25 years and he is currently the Managing Director and Managing Partner of Taxplan Associates Limited and TPA Auditors, tax consulting company and auditing firm respectively based in Arusha, Tanzania. He is also an associate of Star Attorneys, a law firm based in Arusha. Mr. Duhia has been a resource person in the NBAA Continued Professional Development (CPD) Programmes since 2003 and a resource person in the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminars conducted by the Tanganyika Law Society and a trainer and facilitator in tax and accounting issues in various fora in Tanzania.
Clement J. Mashamba holds an LL B (Hons.) from the University of Dar es Salaam, an LL M (Socio-Economic Rights) and Ph.D. from the Open University of Tanzania. He also holds a Certificate in Conflict Management from the Danish Fellowship Centre/MIRO Consult; and Certificates in Human Rights from the Canadian Human Rights Foundation (now, Equitas) and the Danish Institute for Human Rights (DIHR). He is a Member and Rapporteur of the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child (ACERWC) of the African Union; visiting lecturer at St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT); principal of the Institute of Public Policy and Law; Advocate of the High of Court of Tanzania; and the founding Executive Director, National Organization for Legal Assistance, NOLA
